Policies
-Please let me know when you have arrived for your appointment. Please do not arrive more than 15 minutes early for your appointment so that I have ample time to set up and prepare for you and or ensure my prior clients receive a full quality experience.
-I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone recently or visibly ill, arriving unprepared for their service or that is rude, degrading or creates an unsafe environment for me, clients or other staff members. If you are sick, please let me know asap so that I can get you rescheduled once your feeling better.
-Persons not receiving services are not allowed in work station or area during your appointment. I strive to give my guests quality one on one services and time. If in the event someone must accompany you, they may wait in the designated waiting area.
-All new clients must fill out a new client form and have a consultation prior to receiving services. All new color and extension clients must have in person consultation for texture matching and or patch & allergy test.
-Any service changes (add a cut, change color, remove a service, etc) need to be notified with in 48 hrs so that I can adjust my bookings for accommodate the change in time.
-Cancellations must be made 24+ hrs in advance. After the 24 hour mark, a late cancellation fee of $35 will be charged. No-call no show results in 50% of service total being charged. If these fees are not paid or disputed you will be banned from booking any appointments.
-If you are running late to your appointment let me know as soon as possible. We may have to adjust your service and or styling for time. If you will be more than 20 minutes late, you will need to reschedule asap and may be subject to a late cancellation fee.
-My appointments are open up to 60 days in advance. Event, Bridal and specialty services may be booked farther out with a non refundable retainer.
-Only approved extension hair will be colored, toned and or installed. Please refer to the extensions info packet or page for all extension polices.
-All Bridal bookings require a preview. (Occasionally called a trial.) These are charged at full price with added time for changes, adjustments and contract discussion.
-Any needed changes or adjustments needed to your services must be requested within 5 days. You will have to schedule within 2 weeks of your original appointment for the adjustment or else it will be considered a new service. All services non-refundable.
